One net worth across personal, businesses and properties, with the chart and the breakdown by entity.
People whose money doesn't fit in one bucket.
Most finance apps assume you have a paycheck and some credit cards. The moment you add a rental or an LLC, they fall apart. OneView starts there.
Right now I just track my paycheck, my 401(k) and my credit cards. But I'm thinking about buying a rental next year, and maybe starting a side business. I don't want to switch apps every time my life gets more complicated.
I have a W-2, two rentals and a side LLC. The budgeting apps can't handle the rentals. The landlord apps can't see my paycheck. I've been duct-taping spreadsheets together for two years.
My business card and my personal card both pay from the same checking account. I need to know what's mine and what's the company's without paying for QuickBooks.
I run three LLCs and own a duplex through one of them. There is no consumer app that shows me a single net worth across all of it.
Everything in one place, and every screen knows whose money it is.
One net worth
Every account, business and property rolls into one number, counted at your ownership share. Own half of an LLC? You see half.
Scope any screen
Switch between everything, personal, one business or a single property. The dashboard, transactions and reports all follow.
Split transactions
One Home Depot run, two entities. Split it and each part lands in the right place, with its own category.
Rules that stick
Tell it once. Rent from a tenant goes to Unit A as rental income, every month, before you ever see it.
Cash flow per business
Revenue, expenses, net and runway for each company. Rent, expenses and NOI for each property.
Reports you can filter
Sankey, spending, income and net worth over time. Filter by entity, category, merchant or account. Save the ones you use.
Let your AI assistant work in your books.
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant that supports connectors. It can read your accounts and transactions, categorize what you've missed and send you a weekly summary. It can only change a transaction's category, business or property, notes, date and whether it's hidden, and you see everything it did.

Common questions
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The first 14 days are free with no card. If you don't subscribe when the trial ends, bank sync pauses and everything else keeps working on the data you already have.
How do bank connections work?
Through Plaid, the same service most banking apps use. You sign in at your bank, not in OneView, and we never see your bank password. Balances and transactions update automatically.
Can I track something Plaid can't connect to?
Yes. Add any account by hand: a private loan, a property, a brokerage that doesn't connect, a vehicle. Manual accounts sit next to linked ones and count toward net worth the same way.
I'm coming from Monarch or a spreadsheet. Can I bring my history?
Yes. Write to support@oneviewfi.com with your export and we'll load it into your account, categories and all, before you link your banks.
Is my data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, bank credentials stay with Plaid, and nothing is sold or shared. Write to support@oneviewfi.com and we'll delete your account and its data.
See all of it in one view.
Connect a bank, add a property, and watch your real net worth show up.
